The Massacre Machine is an boss from Grandia. It is encountered twice, both on top of the Mysterious Vanishing Hill. The Massacre Machine appears in two parts, but its HP depletes as one. In its first encounter, the Massacre Machine has the ability to cast Spin Cut, Hurricane Mixer, Healer and Burnflame.
Battle Strategy[]
The Massacre Machine has two parts, the Body and Eye. The Eye can cast Burnflame and the Body can use an attack called Hurricane Mixer that attacks everything in a line and Spin Cut that attacks everyone nearby.
With Sue not present during this battle, it may be hard to find time to heal. Feena can hopefully be a good replacement, assuming her Water level is good. Otherwise, you'll have to rely on healing items for the time being. Throwing the full forces of Justin and Gadwin at the boss will be the best way to go with Feena acting as support.
The boss is surprisingly agile, so moving around the arena won't save you. Instead, take the fast route and throw everything at him and cast some defensive spells if you have the time.
